Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure solutions including remote desktop service and services related to compute, storage, network, and security
• Manage and secure user access to various servers and resources
• Manage cloud security, updates, patching, maintenance plans and backup/restores
• Facilitate and support migration and cloud transformation projects
• Analyse, debug and solve service issues and interruptions
• 1st and 2nd Level Support for Microsoft Azure platform solutions including standby-service

Expectations:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• At least 2+ years relevant work experience
• Fluent English and German on conversational level
• Experience with Azure platform and experience with Microsoft and Citrix Remote Desktop Services
• Experience working with cloud solutions and cloud migration projects
• Experience in designing and implementing high availability and dynamic scalability solutions on Azure
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Ability to multitask and work independently and also as part of a team
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners as well as clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
