Responsibilities:

• Enhance, optimize, administer, support and monitor  Windows RDS and Citrix farms
• Deployment and configuration of Citrix and Windows RDS infrastructure and ensures stable performance through performance monitoring and tuning
• Provide technical advice and guidance to assigned business areas
• Partner with business administrators to design and implement technical solutions supporting underlying business processes
• Provides proper training and support after implementation to ensure proper knowledge transfer to given IT units

Expectations:

• Fluent English
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with 2+ years relevant work experience
• Several years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of Citrix/RDSH Enterprise infrastructures
• Extensive knowledge of Citrix enterprise experience implementing and supporting XenApp, XenDesktop , PVS and Windows operating systems
• Deep technical knowledge about Citrix, Storefront, Netscaler, RDSH, Windows Server and GPO management
• Experience in project management desirable
• Ability to multitask and work independently and also as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
